Ryanne Klabunde

Ryanne Klabunde joined the Northwestern Volleyball program as the director of operations in July 2025. In her role, Klabunde oversees the day-to-day coordination of the program’s administrative and operational functions. Her responsibilities include managing team travel, organizing game day logistics, planning special events, and assisting with recruiting operations and alumni engagement.
Prior to arriving at Northwestern, Klabunde served as the Director of Operations for Nebraska’s Swimming & Diving program, where she supported all aspects of team logistics and operations. She previously spent three seasons as the Volleyball Graduate Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato. While at MSU, she earned master’s degrees in Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology (2023) and Sport Management (2024).
She was born and raised in Blue Earth, Minn. Klabunde has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University, graduating in 2020.
