Women's Golf Fifth After Three Rounds at Big Ten Championships

EVANSTON, ILL. - The Northwestern women's golf team sits in fifth place after the first three rounds of the Big Ten Championships in Madison, Wis. Emily Gilley, Elizabeth Burden and Colleen Kiely are all tied for 20th shooting a three-round total of 229. They trail leader Stacy Orschell of Purdue by 15 strokes heading into Sunday's final round.
Kristen Beystehener sits in 25th after a three round total of 230, just one stroke behind her teammates. Karen England shot a 231 putting her in 28th as Christie Hermes finished in 50th with a 239.
The final round begins at 8:00am Sunday, April 30.
