Sean Wollenberg is in his seventh year with Northwestern Athletics. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development with Northwestern Sports Properties. He was promoted to Director of Business Development in July of 2023 – prior to, he was the Senior Manager of Business Development with Northwestern Sports Properties.
Prior to Northwestern, Wollenberg spent three years with K-State Sports Properties where he held multiple titles; Business Development Manager, Account Executive as well as he got his start as a Sales and Marketing coordinator.
Wollenberg began his work experience at Learfield Sports in 2012, where he was a Sales and Marketing Associate with Missouri Valley Conference Sports Properties out of St. Louis, Mo.
He graduated from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2012 with a B.S. in Sports Business Management. He would also earn his MBA with concentration in Sports Business Management and Marketing from Maryville in 2014.
