Kim Buckley ’98, ’04 MBA was named Northwestern’s Assistant Vice President for Athletics Development and Senior Associate Athletics Director in July 2025.
A double Northwestern alum, Buckley previously oversaw fundraising strategy for nine Northwestern schools and programs, managing an 18-person team that raised $208 million over two years.
From 2015 to 2022, Buckley served as chief development officer for the Judd A. and Marjorie Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences during Northwestern University’s historic We Will. The Campaign for Northwestern. In this role, she led a team that exceeded the school's campaign goal by raising $470 million across 26 departments and more than 40 interdisciplinary programs.
A School of Education and Social Policy graduate with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Buckley previously worked in marketing for major film studios including Warner Bros. and management consulting, where she began her career at Arthur D. Little, Inc. Buckley resides in Wilmette with her husband, also a Kellogg graduate, and their two children, a pair of lifelong Wildcat fans.
