    Take 94 (Edens) West/North to Lake Cook Rd. While on the Edens, Just past Dundee, Stay left (41 North) and continue on until Lake Cook Road. Take Lake Cook Road West (left) to Deer Lake Road. Deer Lake Road is about ½ mile west of Waukegan Road across from the Home Depot. Take a right (North) on Deer Lake Road, and then take an immediate left into an alleyway. You will drive right into the parking lot located at 770 Lake Cook Road; (the building is a three-story, brown brick building.) The office is in Suite 250. When you get into the suite lobby, flip on the light switch with Dr. Fishbein's name above it, which will notify him of your arrival.

    Take the Michigan Ave. ramp
    Stay straight on N. Michigan Ave.
    Turn left onto E. Superior St.
    Turn right onto N. Fairbanks Ct.
    Turn right onto E Huron St.
    The parking garage will be on your right
