    Women's Tennis Defeats Michigan State, 6-1

    EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Northwestern women's tennis team won its fifth-consecutive match with a 6-1 victory over Big Ten Rival Michigan State. The 'Cats won the top five singles matches and the doubles point en route to the victory.

    At No. 1 singles, Katherine Nasser won her fourth-consecutive match with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 victory over Brooke West. With her win over Jaime Tannenbaum at No. 4 singles, Robyn Porter has now won three straight matches.

    The 'Cats have won eight of their last nine doubles matches.
