    Women's Tennis Defeats Ohio State

    Wildcats win four of six singles matches.

    EVANSTON, Ill. - The Wildcat women's tennis team defeated the Buckeyes of Ohio State 5-2 at the Vandy Christie Tennis Center. Northwestern won two of three doubles matches and four of six singles en route to the victory. Katherine Nasser was defeated in the number one spot by Ohio State's Kristy Pascoli, 6-4, 6-2. The rest of the Wildcat's top four players defeated the Buckeyes in two sets each.

    The number one Northwestern doubles team of Nasser and Laura Guignon were also defeated by the Buckeyes, 8-5. The rest of the Wildcats doubles teams emerged victorious over Ohio State, winning 8-4 and 9-7.
