    No. 22 Northwestern Women's Tennis Falls to No. 25 Wisconsin, 5-2

    EVANSTON, Ill. -- The Northwestern women's tennis team, ranked No. 22 nationally, fell to No. 25 Wisconsin, 5-2, today at the Johnson Tennis Center. With the loss the 'Cats fall to 4-4 on the season.

    The Badgers swept four of six singles matches and all three doubles matches en route to the victory. NU's Katherine Nasser, playing at the No. 1 singles spot, defeated Tracy Zobrist, 6-2, 6-0. Wildcat sophomore Jennifer Lutgert won the at No. 6 singles. She defeated Dena Baritot, 6-2, 4-6, 6-1.

    NU returns to action this week as it hosts Big Ten rivals Illinois on Sat., Feb. 28 and Purdue on Sun., March 1. Both matches begin at 10 a.m. in the Johnson Tennis Center.
