EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern concludes its fall season this Friday through Sunday, Nov. 30-Dec. 1, at the seven-team Hawkeye Invitational hosted by Iowa at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center.
Northwestern joins host Iowa, Denver, Milwaukee, Michigan, Nebraska and Washington State at the meet, will consists of 10 a.m. CT prelims and 6 p.m. CT finals on both Friday and Saturday. Sunday's action starts with 10 a.m. CT prelims and concludes with 4 p.m. CT finals. The schedule of events is modeled after the NCAA Championships.

Northwestern is coming off its own TYR Invitational, a six-team affair November 16-18 at the Norris Aquatics Center that the Wildcats captured after a final-day comeback to jump fellow Big Ten foe Illinois atop the standings. The meet showcased several strong Wildcat newcomers, most notably Karen Turner (Lake Oswego, Ore./Lakeridge) and Shelly Patton (Littleton, Colo./Heritage), who both secured slots on NU's all-time top times list with TYR performances. Patton was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week following the meet.
The meet concludes the fall quarter portion of NU's schedule. After finals, the Wildcats will travel to Boca Raton, Fla., for their annual winter training trip. While there, NU will jump in the pool for a swim against Florida Atlantic.
