EVANSTON, Ill. -- Game dates and times have been set for Northwestern's NCAA Tournament Super Regional matchup against South Carolina. The Wildcats will host the first game of the best two-of-three series at 3 p.m. CT Friday, May 25, at Sharon J. Drysdale Field. Game two is set for 1 p.m. CT Saturday, May 26, with the if-necessary game scheduled to begin immediately afterwards on Saturday.

The winner of the series will earn one of eight spots at the 2007 Women's College World Series.

Second-seeded Northwestern earned a trip to the Super Regional round by winning the Evanston Regional with a 3-0 record. South Carolina also hosted a regional, defeating No. 15 seed N.C. State in its first game before coming out of the loser's bracket to defeat Oregon twice on championship Sunday to advance.
