BOSTON - Day two was another busy day in Boston as the 'Cats prepare to defend their crown beginning Friday. The team practiced, took a stroll around Harvard Square for lunch, attended the NCAA 25th Anniversary celebration, signed autographs and ended the day with a team meeting before calling it a day.

After a 9:30 a.m. wake up call, the 'Cats enjoyed a team breakfast on the top floor of the team hotel which featured a revolving rooftop and view of Boston's downtown skyline.

From there, the Wildcats bused over for a 90-minute practice at Boston University's Nickerson Field on a beautiful 75 degree afternoon. After working up an appetite, the team grabbed lunch at nearby Harvard Square before returning to the hotel for some free time (though just about everyone opted for a nap instead).

At 5 p.m. the team loaded up the bus once again and headed to Boston's beautiful Agganis Arena for the NCAA team banquet and 25th Anniversary celebration. After a little ziti, bruschetta, carved turkey and salad (among other things), each team had a senior representative give a speech about the game of lacrosse and their season. Lindsey Munday was the chosen one for the Wildcats.

The night continued with the celebration in the arena where head coach Kelly Amonte Hiller was among the honorees named to the NCAA 25th Anniversary Lacrosse Team. The evening was then capped off with a team autograph session in the lobby of Agganis Arena for lacrosse youths and fans in attendance at the celebration.

Gameday finally arrives tomorrow night when the fourth-seeded 'Cats battle top-seeded Duke at 6 p.m. ET at Nickerson Stadium in the first semifinal game.
