    EVANSTON, Ill. -- The speed and excitement of another Northwestern Lacrosse season are right around the corner, and fans wishing to join the Wildcats on their quest for an eighth NCAA championship since 2005 may do so with the purchase of a 2014 season ticket package. Season tickets officially went on sale Monday, Jan. 6, at 9 a.m. CT.

    To order season tickets for the 2014 Northwestern Lacrosse season today, visit the online ticket sales center. (Note: The Northwestern ticket office is closed on Monday, Jan. 6 and Tuesday, Jan. 7 due to inclement weather. Beginning Wednesday (Jan. 8), fans may also purchase Northwestern Lacrosse season tickets by contacting the ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE.).



    Fans have three options for season ticket packages in 2014:

    Adult Season Tickets: $45
    Youth Season Tickets: $20
    Family Plan (2 Adult, 3 Youth): $99

    All season ticket purchasers also will be the recipient of a free, exclusive season ticket holder gift courtesy of Northwestern Lacrosse.

    Wildcats fans also are encouraged to take advantage of online sales to secure a seat for Northwestern's special appearance at the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field in Chicago. On Saturday, April 26, NU will host up-and-coming USC under the lights in the first lacrosse game ever played at the venerable ballpark. Tickets are on sale now at a general admission price of $10.

    This year's Wildcats team welcomes back seven starters from a 2013 roster that finished 19-3, claimed an ALC championship and reached the semifinals of the NCAA Championship for a ninth consecutive season.

    Last year, Northwestern ranked second in the nation in average home attendance, with more than 1,000 fans per game packing Lakeside Field to support the seven-time NCAA champion Wildcats.

    Sunday, March 30 vs. North Carolina (Noon)

    Saturday, April 19 vs. Florida (1 p.m.)

    (Note: Northwestern's game at Wrigley Field vs. USC on April 26 is not included in 2014 season ticket packages.)
