The Wildcats are just a stroke behind fourth-place Penn State, two behind third-place Michigan State, five away from Nebraska, who is in second and six strokes behind Ohio State who leads the field. All 12 teams scored in the 300’s on the par-72, 6,017-yard Pete Dye Course with the Wildcats carding a 19-over 307.

Sophomore Kaitlin Park is tied for 17th after scoring a 5-over 77. She was near perfect on the front nine with eight pars and one bogey and pulled even after a birdie on the 10th hole. She then had three-straight pars before a few bogeys to end the round.
