EVANSTON, Ill. -- After already signing 12 new Northwestern Wildcats to National Letters of Intent in November, head coach Laurie Schiller announced the addition of two more fencers to the Class of 2017 Monday.
Both Garden State natives, Sarit Kapon, a foilist, and Cindy Oh, a sabre specialist, are the new additions set to join the squad in the fall. The incoming class of 14 now includes six foilists, five sabre fencers and three epéeists.

High School: Attended Fair Lawn High School ... First Team 2011 All-League selection ... Took third place in the 2011 District 4 individual championships ... Two-time Fair Lawn H.S. Athlete of the Month ... Two-time team MVP for the Cutters ... Competed in club with Gutovskiy Fencing Academy ... Same club as Wildcat Jen Yamin ... Claimed a team silver medal at the 2011 Summer National Championships in junior foil ... Won gold at the Division III Summer National Championships in 2010 ... Member of National French Honor Society and National Honor Society ... Honor roll student.
