    EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern head coach Drew Pariano has signed two additional members to the Wildcats incoming wrestling class, Regis Durbin (Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest) and Conan Jennings (Centerville, Ohio/Centerville), the Wildcats announced today. 

    The duo joins Bryce Brill, Sammy Gross, Stevan Micic and Johnny Sebastian. In December, WIN Magazine ranked NU as the nation’s top recruiting class.

    Conan Jennings
    Hometown: Centerville, Ohio
    High School: Centerville
    Weight: 220/285 

    High School: 102-24 career varsity record, tallying 58 pins…Division I State Runner-Up…3-time sectional champion…District runner-up…GMVWA First Team All-Area…GWOC All Conference…GWOC First Team All Division…GWOC Scholar Athlete...Academic All State…Wrestled four years for Prodigy and Raiders club wrestling teams…Ohio State Greco champion and runner-up…Three-year letterwinner at Centerville…Wrestled for Elks for four seasons. 

    Personal: Son of Craig and Margarete Jennings…Father Craig wrestled at Northwestern, taking 2nd and 3rd place for Wildcats at Big Ten Championships…Eagle Scout…Chose Northwestern over Purdue…National Honors Society Member….Major is Computer Science.

    Regis Durbin
    Hometown: Lake Forest, Ill.
    High School: Lake Forest
    Weight: 195 

    High School: Ranked No. 9 wrestler in the nation at 195 lbs. by InterMat…195 AAA Illinois State Champion, posting perfect 41-0 record as a senior…Two-time MVP and two-time All-Conference selection in North Suburban Conference…Thee-time Chris Martinat Award winner…Wrestled for Poeta’s Club Program… Also played football for four seasons at Lake Forest HS, playing quarterback and safety...Recorded more than 2,000 total yards and 14 TDs in high school football career…Named All-Conference and won Chris Martinat Award in football, Lake Forest High School award for student who exemplifies heart, character, respect and sheer delight of the game…A graduate of Lake Forest High School, Martinat played college rugby and football before suffering an untimely death in 1999.

    Personal: Son of Regis and Diane Durbin….Born in Farnborough, England… Both parents Regis Sr. and Diane graduated from Northwestern…Regis Sr. also wrestled for Northwestern…National Honor Society Member…Major is economics.
