Big Ten Championships Notes
EVANSTON, Ill.-- Northwestern begins its postseason slate, heading to Madison, Wis., for the 2014 Big Ten Championships from March 8-9 with four sessions during the two days. Northwestern features six pre-seeded wrestlers, including three ranked at No. 3. Wildcat pre-seeds include: Dominick Malone (No. 10 at 133 lbs.), Jason Tsirtsis (No. 3 at 149 lbs.), Ben Sullivan (No. 10 at 157 lbs.), Pierce Harger (No. 3 at 165 lbs.), Alex Polizzi (No. 7 at 197 lbs.) and Mike McMullan (No. 3 at 285 lbs.)
Big Ten Releases Pre-Seeds for Conference Championships
Northwestern features six pre-seeded wrestlers, including three ranked at No. 3. The pre-seeds, as voted on by the conference's coaches, rank the top eight wrestlers in five weight classes, along with all 12 starters in five weight classes due to the Big Ten receiving eight or more NCAA Championships qualifier allocations in those classes. Each team enters the championships with a seeded wrestler in the 133-, 157-, 165-, 197- and 285-pound weight classes.

All-Session reserved tickets are sold out. All-session general admission tickets and single-session tickets are currently on-sale. Due to the high demand for all-session reserved seating, single session reserved tickets will not be available. Tickets may be purchased online at UWBadgers.com or over the phone by calling 1.800.GO.BADGERS or 608.262.1440. Pricing information is as follows: All-Session Tickets: $40 Reserved Seating, $36 General Admission Adult, $24 General Admission Student/Youth/Senior. All-session ticket package includes three tickets: Two tickets for Saturday (one for Session 1, one for Session 2; building will be cleared in between sessions) AND one ticket for Sunday (includes Session 3 & Championship Finals)
Northwestern Offers Tickets for 2014 NCAA Championships
Northwestern head coach Drew Pariano has announced the sale of all-session tickets for the 2014 NCAA Wrestling Championships March 20-22 at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Act quickly to take advantage of this opportunity to sit with fellow Northwestern fans at the premier college wrestling event.
A limited number of all-session tickets for the 2014 NCAA Wrestling Championships will be released for sale to the public beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4.
Available tickets are good for all six sessions of the championships and are for seats in the 300 level of Chesapeake Energy Arena. Cost is $195 for each all-session ticket, which includes all service charges. In addition, you have the option of purchasing an official Northwestern Wrestling NCAA T-Shirt.
Fans can order a maximum of 10 all-session tickets, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Tickets will be mailed via UPS or held in will call.
