MADISON, Wis. - Northwestern junior Raleigh Smith completed a stellar weekend by cruising to the singles title on Monday at the Big Ten Indoor Championships hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Smith, who was seeded fourth in the tournament, made quick work of fifth-seeded Oskar Wikberg of Wisconsin in the championship match, posting a 6-0, 6-2 victory.

The win completed a weekend double for Smith who teamed up with Sidarth Balaji to win the doubles crown on Sunday.

Not including one match won by default, Smith allowed his opponents to win five games or less in three of his four matches that were played. All four of his matches were won in straight sets.
