MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Northwestern concluded the second day of action at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic with singles wins on Saturday by senior Tobias Reitz and freshman Alexandru Pasareanu.

Reitz defeated Ball State's Zane Smith, 6-4, 6-3, while Pasareanu overcame the Cardinals' Ray Leonard by the same score.

Earlier in the day, Northwestern came up short in a pair of doubles matches against Wisconsin. Nikhil Jayashankar and Eric Spector were edged by an 8-4 score while Pasareanu and Reitz fell to Billy Berth and Alex Kostanov, 9-7.
