Is first for NU in the 500 free, 1,000 free, 200 fly and 400 IM while ranking second in the 200 breast and third in the 200 IM ... Finished second in the 200 fly at Northwestern's own five-team TYR Invitational (11/18-11/20) with a career-best and NCAA `B' cut of 1:48.03 ... Won the 400 IM at the TYR with a `B' time of 3:52.66 after swimming a 3:52.01 in the prelims ... Led off NU's winning 800 free relay at the TYR, which also picked up a `B' time ... Has not finished outside the top two in any event all season, compiling six wins and five runner-up performances ... In addition to the 200 fly and 400 IM efforts, also won the 500 free at the TYR Invite.

2010-11: Qualified for his first-career NCAA Championships ... Ranked on Northwestern's top times list in five different events following the season ... Was first in the 1,650 free and 500 free while ranking second in the 1,000 free, 200 breast and 400 IM ... Competed in the 400 IM (25th), 1,650 free (28th) and 500 free (41st) at the NCAA Championships ... Academic All-Big Ten ... Swam a career-best and NCAA `B' provisional qualifying standard of 3:47.51 to make the championship final of the 400 IM at the Big Ten Championships, eventually placing sixth overall ... Also was sixth in the 500 free at the conference meet after making the championship heat with a career-best and `B' time of 4:20.31 in the preliminary session ... Scored a point with a 16th-place NCAA `B' effort of 15:25.40 in the 1,650 free at the conference meet ... Swam with NU's top 800 free relay of the year, earning another `B' cut at the Big Ten Championships ... That 800 free relay squad ranks as the fourth-fastest in school history ... 2009-10: Northwestern's top distance swimmer as a freshman, appeared on NU's top times list for the year in five different individual events ... Had the Wildcats' top times of the year in all three distance freestyle events ... Ranked second for NU on the year in the 400 IM and third in the 200 IM ... Swam with Northwestern's top 800 free relay of the year, earning an NCAA `B' provisional qualifying time with the squad at the Big Ten Championships ... Scored points at his first conference meet with a `B' cut time of 15:23.45 in the 1,650 free, placing him 13th in the Big Ten and landing him the No. 4 spot on NU's all-time top performers list in the event ... Made the bonus finals of the 400 IM and 500 free at the Big Ten Championships, winning the 400 IM heat with a season-best 3:52.33 to place 17th overall and coming in third in the 500 free heat with a season-best 4:25.00 to place 19th overall ... Earned NCAA `B' provisional qualifying times of 15:35.07 in the 1,650 free and 3:53.30 in the 400 IM at the six-team TYR Invitational and another as a member of NU's 800 free relay ... Won the 400 IM at the TYR while finishing second in the 1,650 free, third in the 500 free and 200 fly, and fifth in the 200 IM ... Also made the consolation final in the 200 free at the Invite before placing 10th overall ... Won eight different dual-meet races on the year ...
