Also swam a personal-best time in the 500 free (4:34.01) at the Championships ... Ranked as the 'Cats second-best swimmer in the 1650 free on the top times list ... Started the season strong, earning a third-place finish in the 200 fly against Indiana and Purdue while lowering his personal best both times ... Notched a second-place finish in the 200 fly, 500 free and 1000 free against Carthage ... Set a personal best by over 17 seconds when he swam a time of 9:39.50 in the 1000 free against Michigan and Ohio State ... Made the super final in the 200 fly at the TYR Invitational.
2005-06: Recorded the team's third-best time of the year in the 200 fly at the Big Ten Championships with a 1:53.20 ... Finished 29th in the 1650 free at the Big Ten Championships with a 16:03.26 ... Also swam the 500 free at the Big Ten meet ... Finished third in the 1000 yard freestyle against UW-Milwaukee with a 10:16.43 ... Finished third in the 200 fly against Indiana with a time of 1:54.56.
