2012-13: Member of Northwestern's freestyle and backstroke groups ... Versatile Wildcat, ranking on NU's top times list in four different events while also swimming with all of Northwestern's best relays of the season at the Big Ten Championships ... Ranked first on the team in the 100 back, third in the 100 fly and fourth in the 200 back and 100 free ... Led off NU's 200 medley relay at the conference meet that swam an NCAA `B' consideration time of 1:36.57, .19 of a second shy of an `A' cut and the fourth-fastest 200 medley relay in program history ... Qualified for the bonus final of the 100 back at the conference meet with a `B' time of 47.99 before placing 18th overall in 48.53 ... Also competed in the 100 free (42nd) at the Big Ten Championships ... CSCAA Scholar All-America honorable mention ... Made five championship finals at Northwestern's own four-team TYR Invitational (11/16-11/18), finishing in the top four each time ... Won the 50 back, took second in the 100 back and 100 free, touched third in the 50 free and was fourth in the 200 free with a career-best time of 1:41.83 ... 2011-12: Ranked on Northwestern's top times list in four different events ... Was first in the 100 back, third in the 50 free and 100 free, and fifth in the 200 back ... Swam career-best times in all three of his Big Ten Championships events, turning in a 20.47 in the 50 free, a 44.71 in the 100 free and an NCAA `B' consideration time of 47.92 in the 100 back during the leadoff leg of the 400 medley relay ... That 100 back time is good for fourth on NU's all-time top times list in the event ... Also swam with NU's top 200 free, 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley relays at the Big Ten Championships, earning NCAA `B' provisional qualifying times with each ... The 200 medley relay ranks fourth on NU's all-time top times list in the event while the 400 medley and 200 free relays are fifth ... Earlier in the year, swam with NU's NCAA `B' time-earning 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley relays at the Wildcats' own five- team TYR Invitational ... Earned a better `B' cut with the 400 free relay that defeated No. 25 Missouri by one-hundredth of a second to earn a dual meet victory over the Tigers (1/28) ... Had four wins and two second place finishes in the 100 back, capturing three dual-meet races and the TYR Invitational title ... Had 11 total top- three dual meet finishes on the year including six wins ... In addition to his win in the 100 back at the TYR Invitational, also was second in the 50 back, eighth in the 200 free, 10th in the 100 free and 12th in the 50 free at the meet.
2010-11: Ranked on NU's top times list as the Wildcats' fastest swimmer of the season in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 back ... Swam season-best times in all three of his Big Ten Championships events ... Scored points in the 100 back at the conference meet with a 10th-place finish, although his season-best and NCAA `B' provisional qualifying time in the event came during a 47.69 leadoff leg of the 400 medley relay at the Big Ten meet ... That time places him fourth on NU's all-time top times list in the event ... Qualified for the bonus final of the 50 free with a season-best 20.37 in the preliminary heat, ending up 23rd overall ... Also made the bonus final of the 100 free with a season-best time of 44.44 in the morning session of the conference meet, eventually placing 21st ... Led off the 200 free, 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley relays for NU at the Big Ten Championships, picking up NCAA `B' provisional qualifying times with each squad ... The 200 medley relay was the fifth-fastest in school history ... Earned three championship final appearances at NU's own five-team TYR Invitational (11/19-11/21), winning the 50 back, placing second in the 100 free and third in the 100 back ... Won the consolation finals of the 50 free and 100 fly at the TYR ... Had a pair of dual-meet victories in the 100 back during the fall, winning at NU's quad dual (11/6) and against Wisconsin (11/11) ...
