EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern men’s soccer returns to Lakeside Field for three dates in April to play a number of spring exhibition matches.
Northwestern’s first home spring exhibition at Lakeside Field is Thursday, April 11 against the Schwaben Men’s Football Club at 8 p.m. The Wildcats are back at home three days later, hosting IUPUI at 3:15 p.m. and Lewis at 5:45 p.m. IUPUI and Lewis will square off at 4:30 p.m.
The final home event of the spring season is the fourth annual Chicago Cup, which once again returns to Lakeside Field on Sunday, April 21. The Wildcats won the annual event in 2012 which features UIC, DePaul and Loyola. NU plays the first game of the day against UIC at 10:30 a.m. DePaul and Loyola meet at 11:45 a.m. and the consolation game takes place at 1 p.m. The Chicago Cup champion will be crowned with the title game at 2:15 p.m.
Northwestern then wraps up its spring schedule on the road at Bradley. The ’Cats and Braves kickoff at 7 p.m. CT at Shea Stadium in Peoria, Ill.
