    Men's Golf in Fifth Place After Three Rounds of Big Ten Championships

    Seppanen tied for sixth individually.

    EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The Northwestern men's golf team stands in fifth place after three rounds of the 1998 Big Ten Men's Golf Championship, posting rounds of 296-309-301 for a team total of 906. Indiana leads the tournament at 889. Individually for NU, Matt Seppanen shot 73 on Saturday to stand at four-over-par 220 after three rounds, just three strokes out of the lead.
