    Jeff Mory is in his 19th year with the Northwestern men's golf program. Mory served as the head coach of the Wildcats from 1990-97 before taking over as head golf professional at Conway Farms Golf Club in Lake Forest, Ill. He is in his second stint as an assistant coach, also serving in that capacity from 1988-90 prior to his appointment as the Wildcats' head coach.

    In his first season as NU head coach, Mory led the Wildcats to a third-place finish at the 1991 Big Ten Championships and helped NU earn its first NCAA Championships berth since 1943. The 'Cats were in second place after the first round of NCAAs that year, and finished the tournament tied for 18th place. In 1994, NU finished in second place at the Big Ten Tournament and Mory was named Big Ten Coach of the Year.

    Mory graduated from Northern Illinois in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He played on the Huskie golf team two seasons after spending two years at the University of Kentucky.

    Mory lives in Libertyville, Ill. with his wife, Cari, and five children: Hannah, Kellie Grace, Catherine, Jack and Alexis.
