Join the Wildcats at the 2011 Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas

EVANSTON, Ill -- The 'Cats are headed to Houston and the Northwestern Alumni Association and Anthony Travel have put together travel packages so that you can join head coach Pat Fitzgerald and the Wildcats as they head south to take on Texas A&M in the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas on Dec. 31.

"The Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas gives our Northwestern community the opportunity to come together and cheer for the 'Cats," said Cathy Stembridge, the Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations and Development at Northwestern. "As they have done in past years, our alumni are supporting the pregame tailgate in big numbers. Everyone is excited that we'll be staying in the same hotel as the team too!"

Fans can choose from several different packages that can be customized to include several incredible elements including: hotel accommodation at the official team hotel of the Wildcats, the Westin Galleria; round-trip ground transportation on the day of the game, a ticket to the pregame brunch, which includes tailgate fare and drink (beer and wine included), and a ticket to the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas.

The Northwestern Alumni Association and its partner Anthony Travel can also assist Wildcat fans with booking airfare and car rental.
