    EVANSTON, Ill. -- Football Saturdays in Evanston begin early this season. 

    Wildcat Alley Presented by Cricket Wireless is open to fans three hours prior to kickoff before every home game at Ryan Field.

    The premier pre-game event open to the public, Wildcat Alley Presented by Cricket Wireless offers free entertainment for fans of all ages.

    Enjoy entertainment from the Cricket stage as our MC interviews NU coaches and VIPs and plays games for prizes with fans on the stage. In between acts, rock with the Cricket Wireless DJ on stage. Watch out of town games on our giant big screen. Enjoy delicious food and drink in the food court. Meet Northwestern student-athletes, enjoy inflatable games, get your face painted, and more! Finally, as the game approaches, enjoy a performance by the Northwestern Marching Band!

    The alley is located on the football practice field just northeast of Ryan Field between the softball and baseball field. Just follow the Wildcat paws from the parking lot through the arch at the entrance.


    Cricket Wireless Stage: Head over to the Cricket Wireless Stage to as our in-house MC interviews NU coaches and game VIPs. In addition, fans will compete on stage for prizes in wacky games. In between acts, the Cricket Wireless DJ will serenade fans with the latest tunes.

    Watch Other Games From Around the Country: Watch other games from around the nation on our 9x12 foot video screen that will be showing the biggest NCAA football games from around the country.

    Eat, Drink and Be Merry: Head to the food court on the north end of Wildcat Alley to grab a bite to eat, or just grab a refreshing drink. Real Urban Barbeque will be serving its award-winning dishes.

    See the Northwestern Marching Band Up Close: In the hour leading up to each game, the Northwestern Marching Band will do a special pre-game performance just for fans in Wildcat Alley.

    Meet Northwestern Student-Athletes: Over the course of the year, many Northwestern teams will be on hand at Wildcat Alley to meet fans and sign autographs. A full schedule of scheduled teams appearances is below:

    • September 7th: Volleyball
    • September 14th: Field Hockey, Women's Soccer
    • September 21st: Softball, Men's Soccer
    • October 5th: Wrestling, Men's Basketball (Tentative)
    • October 19th: Baseball (Tentative), Women's Basketball (Tentative)
    • November 16th: Men's and Women's Golf, Women's Tennis
    • November 23rd: Men's Tennis, Lacrosse (Tentative)

    Play Games and Get Painted: Head to the Athletico Kids Zone just outside the entrance to Wildcat Alley. The fun zone will feature an inflatable football toss, a basketball shooting game, and a baseball/softball pitching radar game. Also, get your face painted to display your Wildcat pride during the game! All for free!

    Get Your Wildcats Gameday Information: At the Northwestern marketing tent pick up posters and schedule cards as well as other information for all Northwestern sports.

    Kids Club Booth: Head to the Kids Zone to pick up your Willie's Kids Club benefits or sign up on the spot to be in the Northwestern Kids Club!
