    EVANSTON, Ill. -- On Wednesday, February 1, the Northwestern Gridiron Network will host a 2012 Signing Day Reception where head coach Pat Fitzgerald and his staff will announce the incoming freshman class of 2012. The event is scheduled for 1-3 p.m. at Ditka's Restaurant in Chicago (100 E. Chestnut St.).

    Admission is free to NGN members and $40 per person for guests and non-NGN members. Doors open at 1 p.m. and Coach Fitzgerald will address the audience at 2 p.m.

    Fans also have the option of departing on a bus from Ryan Field for Ditka's at 12:15 p.m. and returning with the group at 3:30 p.m. Cost for parking at Ryan Field is $10 and space is limited.

    Note: NCAA rules prohibit high school students and coaches from attending this event.
