EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern senior linebacker Bryce McNaul (Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie) and senior defensive end Vince Browne (Lisbon, Ohio/David Anderson) have been invited to play in the inaugural AstroTurf NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. The senior all-star game will take place on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

The inaugural AstroTurf NFLPA Collegiate Bowl will showcase the top draft eligible collegiate football players from across the country. In addition to developing a premier collegiate bowl game, the NFLPA is creating a unique opportunity to educate and prepare these college athletes for a successful transition into a career within the NFL.

A veteran outside linebacker, McNaul completed his senior campaign with 76 tackles on the year while ranking third on the defense with 6.0 tackles for loss. He came up with his first career interception against Eastern Illinois while his 15 stops against Army were a single-game high for the Wildcats this season.

Browne leaves Northwestern ranked fourth on the school's all-time list for career pass sacks (19) and sixth in tackles for loss (34.5). As a senior, Browne had 36 stops including 3.0 sacks.

NBC Sports Network (formerly known as Versus) will carry the game live from California. Tickets are on sale now beginning at $15 and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com and
HomeDepotCenter.com or by phone at 800.745.3000.
