    EVANSTON, Ill. -- Kevin Johns, a member of Northwestern's coaching staff the past seven seasons, was named the wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator at Indiana University on Tuesday.

    Johns, who is being reunited with Kevin Wilson, the former Northwestern offensive coordinator (1999-2001) who was named the Hoosiers' new head coach last month, has coached Wildcat running backs (2004-05) and wide receivers (2006-10) during his NU tenure. He also was the Wildcats' recruiting coordinator (2006-08).
