EVANSTON, Ill. -- One of the sources of excitement surrounding the 2008-09 Wildcats is the five-member freshman class. Two new Wildcats, Luka Mirkovic and Davide Curletti, took some time to talk with NUsports.com about their preparations for the upcoming season, their excitement to get the season started and many other topics.

Northwestern takes to the floor for an exhibition game against Robert Morris (Ill.) College at 7 p.m. Thursday, November 6, at Welsh-Ryan Arena. The 'Cats open the regular season at home with a contest against Central Arkansas at 1 p.m. Sunday, November 16.
