    Date and Time Set for Regular Season Finale at Purdue

    EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern's 2013-14 regular season finale will take place against Purdue in West Lafayette, Ind. on Sunday, March 9 at 11 a.m. CT, the Big Ten announced Tuesday. The contest will be televised live on the Big Ten Network.

    The game was the final wild card date on Northwestern's schedule. The Wildcats will look to sweep the season series against the Boilermakers when they travel to West Lafayette after winning the first contest in double overtime on Jan. 21, 63-60, in Evanston.

    The 'Cats will return to the hardwood on Thursday, Feb. 13, when they visit the Breslin center in East Lansing, Mich. to battle No. 9/10 Michigan State at 6 p.m. CT. Northwestern's next home game at Welsh-Ryan Arena is slated for Sunday, Feb. 16 against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
