    COLUMBUS - Friday night's baseball game between Northwestern and Ohio State has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather.

    Severe weather began just before the scheduled first pitch at 7 p.m. local time Friday evening. Strong storms in the area persisted and were expected to continue throughout the night.

    The teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m. Central time Saturday.
