    2013 Northwestern Football Season Tickets - Information and FAQ Sheet

    Below is a list of questions frequently asked by season ticket holders during the renewal process. If you need further assistance on any of these topics or have additional questions, please contact your Account Executive within the Northwestern Athletic Ticket Office by calling 888-GO-PURPLE (888-467-8775).

    How do I renew my season tickets?
    Season tickets can be renewed in one of four ways:
    1) Internet: Visit NUsports.com and click on "Tickets"
    2) Phone: Call 888-GO-PURPLE (888-467-8775) and speak with your designated Account Executive.
    3) Mail: Send your renewal form to: Northwestern Athletic Ticket Office, 1501 Central Street, Evanston IL 60208
    4) Fax: Renewal application can be faxed to 847-491-7886

    When is the season ticket renewal deadline?
    The deadline to renew and guarantee your seats for the 2013 season is March 29th.

    What happens if I do not renew before the deadline?
    Season ticket holders who do not renew before the deadline forfeit the right to their 2012 seat location. All efforts will be made to secure season ticket holders with comparable seating for 2013, however, seats cannot be guaranteed once the deadline passes.

    When will I receive my season tickets?
    Season tickets will be shipped out in mid-August.

    How can I change my address?
    Address changes must be done in writing. Please send address changes to cat-tix@northwestern.edu. Changes made after July 5, 2013, may result in additional charges.

    Do I need a ticket for a child?
    Big Ten Conference rules require that every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the stadium. Lap tickets are available for children ages 2 and younger on the day of the game for $10

    Can I order additional single-game tickets?
    Yes, however single-game tickets ordered with season tickets most likely will not be located adjacent to the season ticket location. Furthermore, there is a limit on additional tickets that can be purchased for “premium marquee” games (Ohio State and Michigan for the 2013 season). Ticket limit is dependent upon the number of season tickets within the account.

    How can I request a seat upgrade?
    Requests for seat upgrades may be made by contacting your Account Executive. Seat upgrade requests must be made at the time of renewal. NOTE: If your seat upgrade request is combined with other season ticket holders, it is necessary for EACH PARTY to submit a seat upgrade request.

    How are seat upgrades processed?
    Seat upgrades are considered once all renewals have been processed. Every effort to assign seats as requested will be made but upgrade requests are not guaranteed.

    How are season parking pass locations allocated?
    A limited number of parking passes are available each season. Availability of parking is determined by the number of requests received. Allocation of parking is determined by the Wildcat Priority Points system. Every effort will be made to meet parking requests, but parking is not guaranteed. In the case that a parking request cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued. Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced.


    Can I order more than one parking pass?
    Two is the maximum number of passes that you can request, but only if you have six or more seats in your account.

    What are the options for season parking passes?
    Season parking passes are available for the following lots. Tailgating is allowed unless otherwise noted.

      West Lot - Directly west of Ryan Field across from Ashland Avenue
      East Lot - Directly east of Ryan Field
      South Golf Lot - Two blocks east of Ryan Field off Central Street
      North Golf Lot – Two blocks east of Ryan Field off Isabella Street
      Covered Lot - Three blocks east of Ryan Field off Central Street - TAILGATING IS NOT PERMITTED
      Disabled Lot - Southwest and southeast corner immediately outside of Ryan Field
    NOTE: For disabled parking only - A valid photocopy of your state issued placard or registration is required with your order. The state issued placard (or plates) and the NU issued pass will be required for entry to the disabled parking areas. The authorized holder must be present when parking.

    How can I find out how many Wildcat Priority Points I have?
