Ivanauskas to Miss Remainder of 2017-18 Season

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern redshirt first-year forward Rapolas Ivanauskas has undergone shoulder surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2017-18 season.
A native of Barrington, Illinois, Ivanauskas sat out the 2016-17 campaign after undergoing an initial surgery on the same shoulder.
He was limited to playing a total of 11 minutes in three contests this season.
Northwestern (5-4, 1-1 Big Ten) opens a stretch of three games in six days Monday as it hosts Chicago State at Allstate Arena.
