    Davon Robb, a member of Northwestern's academic service and student development department since June of 2008, serves as an academic advisor for NU student-athletes on multiple teams. He was elevated to Associate Director of Academic Services/Academic Advisor in February of 2013.

    Robb also assists with various programs including the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), the Peers Urging Responsible Practices through Leadership and Education (PURPLE) Mentors and personal, professional development. In addition, Robb oversees the PRIDE Challenge Competition, aimed at getting student-athletes involved on campus.

    Prior to coming to Northwestern, Robb served as an intern within the student-athlete affairs (education services) at the NCAA headquarters in Indianapolis, Ind.

    A Hopewell, Va., native, Robb graduated the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Cavaliers' football team from 2002-07. Robb holds a master's degree in sports administration from Northwestern University.
