Sidney G. Richardson

Contemporary Era: 1984 Charter Inductee

In 1937, Richardson became the first Northwestern golfer to win the Big Ten individual championship and successfully defend his individual title the following year. He returned from military service in 1945 to assume the duty as head golf coach for 30 years.
