Meli Resendiz Position: Associate Director of Equipment Operations Alma Mater: Northwestern University

Meli Resendiz is in her 22nd year at Northwestern and currently serves as associate director of equipment operations, working closely with women's basketball, cross country, softball, women's tennis and volleyball.

Prior to joining Northwestern, Resendiz worked at the Evanston/Northshore YWCA as director of Health Services. An Evanston native, Resendiz attended Dewey grade school, Evanston Township High School and is a Northwestern University graduate.

Currently, Resendiz serves as vice president of the Athletic Equipment Manager's Association (AEMA). She has twice been named district V equipment manager of the year (2006 and 2007) and was distinguished as the National Equipment Manager of the year in 2007.
