Michael Manganaro Position: Assistant Director of Ticket Operations Alma Mater: Marquette University

In June 2011, Michael Manganaro was promoted to assistant director of ticket operations after serving as the ticket office intern since October 2009. Manganaro, a native of Wilmette, Ill., and graduate of Marquette University, oversees ticketing for men's soccer and women's basketball, and assists in the office and gameday operations for both football and men's basketball. Manganaro was responsible for the ticket operations for the 2011 Big Ten Wrestling Tournament, for which Northwestern was the host school.
