    1991 Inductee

One of Northwestern's early wrestling greats, Lupton starred for the Wildcats in the late 1920s. He earned All-American honors in 1928 at 125 pounds and became the school's first national champion, winning the 1928 collegiate championship. Lupton also earned Big Ten championships in 1928 and '29 at 125 pounds.
