As a healthcare professional I am very interested in overall health and wellness. I feel that it is essential for individuals start taking a more active role in their health and well-being.

I was born and raised in Posen, MI, which is a very small town in the northeast part of the Lower Peninsula. Through athletic training I have had opportunities to live and travel to other areas of the country and meet people from all over the world, which is something that I truly enjoy.
