Christian Williams joined Northwestern's staff as Assistant Director of the Wildcat Fund in February of 2013. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the annual unrestricted fund for Northwestern Athletics.

Christian came to Athletics after two years in the Northwestern Office of Administration and Planning where she supported Vice President Marilyn McCoy and the Board of Trustees. She has a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Northwestern and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.

While at Wake Forest, Christian was a scholarship athlete on the tennis team for four years and co-captain for two years.
