Nick Brilowski

Position: Associate Director of Athletic Communications Alma Mater: University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point

Nick Brilowski officially joined Northwestern in Sept. of 2007 as an associate director of athletic communications. He serves as the primary media contact for men's basketball and baseball, overseeing all athletic communications efforts for both programs.

Brilowski first arrived at Northwestern in 2002 as a media services intern, after serving as a sports information student assistant at his Alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2001-02. While attending UW-Stevens Point, Brilowski served as sports editor for the student newspaper, The Pointer, and was heavily involved with student television and radio stations.

Following his initial time at Northwestern, Brilowski took a similar internship position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For two years beginning in 2005, Brilowski served as the sports information director at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he was in charge of media efforts for all 16 varsity sports.

Brilowski lives in Chicago.
