Try-out for Willie the Wildcat!
Willie the Wildcat is an important part of Northwestern life! He can be seen at a variety of Northwestern athletic, alumni and campus events, as well as events all over Chicagoland and the country! Willie the Wildcat is NORTHWESTERN!
Willie the Wildcat Try-outs for 2013-2014 will be, Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 7pm. Try-outs will be held at Ryan Field, in the offices at Gate M. (corner of Central and Ashland). Applicants should come prepared with a short skit. Applicants MUST:

Already be accepted to the university
•
Bring a copy of their current insurance card (front and back).
•
Bring copy of a physical administered within the past 12 months.
•
Must fill out the medical release on the links below

HEAD AND NECK INJURIES STATEMENT
Physical, insurance card and all waivers must be provided at the try-out, or individuals will not be allowed to participate. No exceptions can be made. Your doctor's office will not fax these to you. Health services will not provide physicals. CVS Minute Clinic offers physicals for $69. Please plan accordingly.
